Job summary

Stonegate Farmers Ltd is seeking a Category Manager to join our Head Office team in Lacock, Wiltshire. You will connect internal teams with retail partners across brand and own-label products, driving sales, profit and market share through strategic initiatives supported by financial data and consumer insights.

You will lead category partnerships, oversee own-brand ranges, and champion shopper needs, collaborating with sales, marketing and supply chain to deliver results and strengthen retailer

Qualifications

• Degree in business or marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Category Management.
• Experience analyzing data to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Experience with retailer initiatives to drive category performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
• Experience with own-label products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead category partner for key strategic customers, developing tailored strategies and delivering insights.
• Oversee own-brand innovation ranges and capitalise on customer opportunities.
• Champion shopper needs; ensure data-informed category development and decisions.
• Provide insight-driven recommendations for range reviews, promotions, and innovation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain to execute category strategies.
• Build strong relationships with strategic customers and position Stonegate Farmers as a trusted advisor.
