Talent Drive | B Corp™ is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our collaborative procurement team. You will deliver strategic sourcing projects, negotiate commercial agreements, and build strong supplier relationships across multiple spend areas.

The role suits someone with procurement or strategic sourcing experience who thrives on managing multiple projects and engaging with stakeholders. Hybrid work, with 2 days/week in Birmingham, is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management.
• Public sector or healthcare procurement preferred but not essential.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading tender processes and supplier negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Ability to interpret financial information.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities across spend categories.
• Develop and deliver sourcing strategies to meet objectives.
• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify opportunities.
• Lead tender processes (RFIs, RFPs/ITTs) and supplier evaluations.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing and terms.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Present sourcing recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, commercial and operations on contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and regulations.
