Job summary

Miller in London is seeking a Senior Business Systems Training Lead to shape and deliver learning for core business processes and IT systems. You will lead a team to design engaging learning experiences, align delivery with strategic priorities and measure impact across the organisation.

You will apply modern learning approaches, including AI-enabled techniques, to improve accessibility, efficiency and outcomes while partnering with stakeholders to embed new processes and technologies

Qualifications

• Experience as a systems trainer in a business environment.
• Insurance/broking experience is valuable.
• Ability to lead and develop a training team.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a high-quality training programme for core processes and IT systems.
• Build strategy and roadmap with defined objectives, budget and measures of success.
• Deliver training across workshops, group sessions, one-to-one support and digital formats.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and data, and adjust content.
• Support implementation and adoption of new systems.
