Job summary

Harvey Nash is recruiting Product Owner/Managers on a contractual basis, primarily based in Glasgow with a hybrid pattern of 2 days on-site each week.

Roles are 3-6 months with potential extension and a preference for public sector or health sector experience. You will lead pre-discovery work, engage stakeholders, and shape strategies while aligning business goals with delivery realities.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-discovery activities across multiple workstreams.
• Engage stakeholders to identify and validate user needs.
• Define and prioritise problems, opportunities, and outcomes.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Support the development of a three-year delivery roadmap.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and delivery feasibility.
• Experience integrating products with other services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Articulate clear problem statements and support others in doing so.
• Apply User-Centred Design principles across channels.
• Adapt approaches based on constraints and context.
• Experience in Agile product environments.
