We are looking for a senior professional with 8–10 years of experience in financial services, strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver complex programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in delivering business benefits through major programs.
• Ability to manage a broad range of projects to successful completion and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record influencing stakeholders across disciplines within financial services to achieve shared outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on macroeconomic developments, trends, legislation and industry regulations to translate data into actionable recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Prioritise operational delivery and efficiency initiatives to maximise impact and align with group strategy.
• Prepare presentation packs and support thought leadership initiatives for insights and decisions.
• Act as proxy for Executive in meetings and key initiatives, balancing independent decisions with escalations.
• Track milestones, identify delivery risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
