Job summary

Clyde & Co in London is seeking a Business Development Executive to join the BD & Marketing team. You will support pitches, manage client and market research, and help deliver campaigns across our global sectors.

The ideal candidate has a degree or equivalent experience, at least one year in business development and marketing in professional services, strong communication and organisational skills, and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Be educated to degree level or possess equivalent experience.
• At least one year’s experience in business development and marketing within a professional services organisation.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Proficient IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with legal CRM/marketing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pitching support with the BD team: understand RFPs, source standard content, prepare briefs, assist with pitch presentations, update procurement portals and liaise with stakeholders.
• Event management: manage in-person or online client events, coordinate invitations, collateral, vendors, logistics, and ROI analysis.
• Marketing/CRM: create client mailings, produce brochures, generate CRM reports, monitor activity for ROI, maintain firm website content, and support webinars.
• Directories: contribute to content collation, manage submissions, conduct interviews, report back, and support client relationship programs.
• General: provide ad hoc support to revenue-generating initiatives and develop relationships across the business.
