Get Recruited is partnering with a commercial landscaping business seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across landscaping services, maintenance and contract wins. You will engage with local authorities, sports facilities and commercial clients, translating requirements into winning proposals.

The role suits candidates with BD, sales or tender experience who enjoy ownership, progression and working with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical sector relevant to landscaping, construction, or environmental services.
• Background in commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related services.
• Proactive BD professional capable of building long-term client relationships.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into commercially attractive proposals.

Responsabilités

• Identify and approach prospective clients across commercial landscaping and related sectors.
• Build relationships with architects, property teams and key decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and develop opportunities for landscaping projects and ongoing maintenance contracts.
• Collaborate with design, landscaping and tender teams to prepare proposals and support tender submissions.
• Manage the sales process from outreach to contracting and onboarding.
• Develop existing accounts and identify additional service opportunities.
• Support outreach through marketing materials and campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools, CRM and prospect data to improve targeting and follow-up.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to sales team growth.
