Job summary

Get Recruited is working with an established commercial landscaping business that seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new contracts and nurture existing client relationships across landscaping, grounds maintenance, and related services.

You will identify prospective clients, build relationships with architects and decision-makers, collaborate with tender teams, and manage the sales process from outreach to onboarding, with a flexible hybrid working pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within landscaping or related environments.
• Proven ability to win new business and manage client accounts.
• Familiar with tendering or bid processes.
• Ability to translate client needs into proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients in relevant sectors.
• Develop relationships with architects and decision-makers.
• Create proposals with design/tender teams and support submissions.
• Manage sales pipeline from outreach to contract onboarding.
