Get Recruited (UK) Ltd is partnering with an established commercial landscaping business seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new contracts and nurture key accounts. Hybrid role in Chorley/Bamber Bridge with a focus on strategic outreach and client relationship management.

The role targets growth across soft/hard landscaping, grounds maintenance and related services, leveraging AI tools and CRM systems to optimize the sales process and bid submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales in a technical or landscaping-related sector.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with clients and win new contracts.
• Comfort translating client requirements into commercially attractive proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients across commercial landscaping, construction, local authorities and sports facilities.
• Build relationships with architects, commercial property teams and other decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and develop opportunities across landscaping projects and maintenance contracts.
• Collaborate with design, landscaping and tender teams to develop proposals and support tender submissions.
• Manage the sales process from outreach to securing contracts and onboarding clients.
• Develop existing accounts and introduce relevant services.
• Assist with marketing collateral and targeted campaigns to generate leads.
• Explore AI tools and data to improve targeting and follow-up.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to team growth.
