Allen & York is seeking a Business Development Manager in Wimborne to drive growth in one of the UK's fastest-growing environmental markets. The role focuses on developing strategic relationships with developers, planning consultants, land agents and public sector organisations.

Based in Wimborne with flexible/hybrid working, you will identify new commercial opportunities, build long-term client relationships and help organisations navigate complex planning and environmental requirements,

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B business development or similar commercial roles.
• Ability to identify and secure new commercial opportunities.
• Comfort navigating complex environmental and planning landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Identify new commercial opportunities and grow strategic relationships.
• Develop long-term client relationships with developers, planners and landowners.
• Help clients navigate planning and biodiversity/emvironmental requirements.
• Collaborate with ecology, planning and finance teams to deliver solutions.
