Job summary

Entasis Partners is seeking a Business Architect to join a newly formed practice within a major construction and development group in Watford. You will help decide where to invest, set up change processes, and connect strategy to how the business actually runs.

The role is permanent and full-time, 3 days a week at the Watford head office with some time in London. Offering up to £80,000 base plus car allowance, bonus and benefits, with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experience in business architecture or capability-led design, with a track record of shaping operating models.
• Ability to facilitate strategy and planning conversations with senior leaders.
• Willingness to help build a new practice and establish standards.
• TOGAF/BIZBOK welcome and UK security clearance eligibility.
• Salary expectations up to £80,000 base plus car allowance and bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assess capability maturity and prioritise investment decisions.
• Sit on change gateway boards to judge value and impact.
• Shape target operating models and future-state design with leadership.
• Work with IT and solution architects to connect process, data and tech.
• Develop UK capability model and value streams in the enterprise tool.
• Support change from individual projects to enterprise-wide.
