Job summary

DWP Digital is recruiting Business Analysts to shape and deliver digital transformation across key domains including Debt, Health & Disability Services, and Working Age Services. You will work in multidisciplinary Agile teams to bridge business needs with technical solutions, delivering value for users and the organisation.

You’ll be involved throughout the product delivery lifecycle, using BA techniques to identify problems, opportunities and define effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering business analysis across the full project and change lifecycle.
• Proven ability to apply a broad range of business analysis techniques to identify problems, understand user needs and shape solutions.
• Experience eliciting, defining and managing business, user and system requirements to support delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within Agile teams.
• Support informed decision-making and improve business processes to meet user and business needs.
• Contribute throughout the product delivery lifecycle to ensure value delivery.
