Job summary

Department for Work and Pensions (DWP Digital) is hiring Business Analysts to support Debt, Health & Disability Services, Working Age Services and Hybrid Cloud across several hubs in the UK. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, shaping digital transformation for millions of users, in agile environments.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, lead workshops, coach others, and may undertake line management responsibilities. Travel to other digital hubs may be required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience across the full breadth of the Business Analyst role.
• Experience using a wide range of analysis techniques to understand problems and needs.

Responsibilities

• Work within a transformational multi-disciplinary team using agile methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders to align requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Translate problems and needs into backlogs of detailed requirements to deliver value.
