Job summary

DWP Digital in the UK is hiring Business Analysts across several hubs including Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, and more. You’ll join multidisciplinary Agile teams to bridge business needs and technical solutions, delivering value through the full product delivery lifecycle.

The role offers hybrid working, travel to other hubs as needed, and a competitive package with a pay range of £44,447 to £46,547, plus a generous pension, holidays, and flexible hours to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering business analysis across the full project and change lifecycle, from discovery through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Proven ability to apply a broad range of business analysis techniques to identify problems, understand user needs and shape solutions.
• Experience eliciting, defining and managing business, user and system requirements to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision-making at all levels.
• Experience using business modelling techniques to analyse processes, capabilities and organisational needs, supporting the design of effective business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within multidisciplinary Agile teams.
• Involvement across the product delivery lifecycle to define problems and deliver value for users and the organisation.
• Support informed decision-making and help improve business processes and services to meet user and business needs.
• Learn from and collaborate with Senior and Lead Business Analysts, contributing to a community of practice and ongoing development.
