Colgate-Palmolive Company, Surrey, UK, seeks a Senior Brand Manager to own the long-term vision, P&L health and strategic growth of the Home Care brand across the Northern Europe Hub (UK, DK, SE, NO, FI, IE). Design multi-year growth plans and ensure brand superiority.

You will lead strategic growth, define must-win battles, manage the portfolio, and work with Consumer Affairs and Insights to identify opportunities, while driving media, pricing, and budget strategy with strong cross-functional

Competenze

• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global Brand Equity and Category strategies.
• Strong financial literacy with P&L awareness and margin improvement focus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across marketing, insights, and operations.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable plans with commercialization discipline.
• Experience shaping brand growth plans, portfolio strategy, and multi-year roadmaps.
• A/B testing, media activation, and budget allocation knowledge is a plus.
