• Proven bid writing experience on tenders over £5m within the energy sector.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value bids and meet tight deadlines.
• Expert-level writing skills with adaptable tone and style.
• Advanced coaching and mentoring experience to develop team capability.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to synthesize information.
• Strategic thinking and advanced business acumen with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Craft persuasive proposals showcasing Veolia's solutions and differentiation.
• Coordinate and manage multiple high-value proposals with deadlines.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to gather insights.
• Co-develop winning strategies, win themes and value propositions.
• Ensure content is structured, evidence-based, coherent and error-free.
• Mentor writers and deliver targeted feedback to improve skills.
• Establish quality standards and evaluation criteria for consistency.
• Review team output and implement training improvements.
• Build a bid library with compelling case studies and proofs.
• Attend client debriefs and apply feedback to improve win rates.
• Support fair, inclusive recruitment and an equitable workplace.
