Arup in Cowbridge is seeking a proactive Senior BD Coordinator to manage the full bid lifecycle—from planning and coordination through to submission—helping produce high-quality, compelling proposals that showcase our expertise.

You will coordinate bid programmes, track progress with stakeholders, draft content, maintain bid libraries and build relationships across sectors to identify opportunities within the UKIMEA markets.

Qualificações

• Degree in marketing, business or related field is required or highly preferred.
• APMP certification or familiarity is desirable.
• Experience coordinating/writing bids in UK construction or professional services is required or highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end bid production, including bid programmes, strategy sessions and reviews.
• Track progress, manage deliverables and liaise with stakeholders across the business.
• Draft and refine content, including case studies and CVs.
• Maintain bid libraries and project collateral.
• Build relationships across sectors to identify opportunities and understand client needs.
