Manpower in Belfast is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to oversee high-quality bid responses for mechanical, electrical, energy and renewable projects. You will manage the full bid lifecycle, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure compliance with client specifications and tender criteria.

The role requires strong writing and organisational skills, excellent time management, and a full UK driving licence, with occasional travel to Portadown.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity review to submission.
• Lead preparation and submission of public and private sector bids.
• Produce clear, concise bid content within deadlines.
• Review and enhance existing bid materials for quality.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather evidence and docs.
• Ensure submissions comply with tender instructions.
• Prepare supporting materials for bid presentations.
• Maintain and improve the bid library with case studies.
• Provide guidance to colleagues to develop bid-writing skills.
