Job summary

Manpower in Belfast is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid campaigns across mechanical, electrical, energy, and renewable projects. You will manage the full bid lifecycle, write compelling submissions, coordinate with SMEs, and ensure compliance with tender requirements while supporting the wider team.

This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity review to submission and mobilisation.
• Lead preparation and submission of public and private sector bids ensuring compliance with client specs.
• Produce clear, persuasive bid content within tight deadlines.
• Review and enhance existing bid materials for quality and impact.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather evidence and documentation.
• Ensure all submissions comply with tender instructions and criteria.
• Prepare supporting materials for bids, presentations and interviews.
• Maintain and improve the bid library with case studies and CVs.
