Job summary

Manpower is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our Belfast office. You will manage bids across mechanical, electrical, energy and renewable projects, coordinating with SMEs and the marketing team to ensure professional, compliant submissions.

You will lead bid writing, content development and process improvements, delivering high-quality proposals on tight deadlines and promoting winning strategies across the team.

• Strong organisational skills and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage full bid lifecycle from opportunity review to submission and mobilisation.
• Lead preparation and submission of public and private sector bids.
• Produce clear, concise bid content within deadlines.
• Review and enhance existing bid materials for quality.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders for evidence and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with tender instructions and criteria.
• Prepare supporting materials for bid presentations and interviews.
• Maintain and improve bid library with case studies and CVs.
• Provide guidance to colleagues to develop bid-writing capabilities.
