Ekco is seeking a Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid and tender processes within a fast‑paced MSP environment. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Procurement and Finance to deliver compliant, high-quality submissions.

The role focuses on bid coordination, content development, and commercial governance to win new customers and retain existing ones across public and private sectors.

• Manage the end-to-end bid process for public and private sector opportunities.
• Coordinate bid timelines and inputs to ensure on-time, compliant submissions.
• Collate, format, and review bid responses for clarity and professionalism.
• Support pricing models, cost validation and governance within bids.
• Liaise with Sales, Technical, Procurement and Legal to gather accurate information.
• Track bid outcomes and drive continuous improvement in bid quality.
