BWB Consulting Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a National Bid and Frameworks Manager to drive growth through strategic bids and frameworks. You’ll coordinate across regional management teams and with the Executive Board, shaping compelling submissions that align technical and commercial aims.

You’ll lead bid development from pre-bid to submission, manage SMEs, ensure brand consistency, and monitor opportunities in frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and delivering bids and pursuits across sectors.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple bids of varying size and complexity.
• Strong bid writing and content development to communicate capabilities and value.
• Excellent editing and proofreading with consistent tone across teams.
• Identify relevant evidence and tailor responses to client and audience.
• Organisational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Engage internal stakeholders to secure timely contributions from SMEs.

Responsabilités

• Research and monitor tender opportunities from enquiry to submission.
• Coordinate high-quality bid submissions with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Align technical and commercial elements for clear, persuasive responses.
• Maintain opportunity trackers and framework registers; support cross-selling.
• Prepare reports, PQQs, submissions and supporting bid documentation.
• Attend industry events to gather market intelligence and opportunities.
