ERM is seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to join the Northern Europe Business Unit (NEBU) Bid Team. You will coordinate the end-to-end proposal process, supporting pre-qualification and bid production from start to finish and ensuring high-quality responses.

The role involves collaboration with bid managers, technical consultants, and specialists across NEBU and wider ERM regions, and includes opportunity to leverage AI tools for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating bids, tenders or proposals in a corporate environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate inputs from diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with procurement portals and proposal management processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal process for bids, tenders and framework submissions.
• Support bid planning, kick-off meetings and proposal schedules.
• Track actions, deadlines and deliverables throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Manage document version control and quality checks; coordinate reviews and approvals.
• Assist with procurement portal requirements and input collection from technical teams.
• Contribute to drafting and editing of responses and compilation of supporting materials.
• Maintain bid libraries and support continuous improvement of processes.
