ERM is seeking an organised, proactive Bid Coordinator to join the NEBU Bid Team in Manchester. You will support the pursuit and delivery of high‑quality proposals across environmental and sustainability sectors, coordinating pre‑qualification and bid production from start to finish.

Work closely with Bid Managers, technical consultants, partners and specialists across NEBU to ensure timely submissions. The role offers mentoring, career development and exposure to a global consultancy.

Qualificações

• Essential candidate must be organised, collaborative and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in bid coordination and familiarity with procurement portals.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal process for bids, tenders and frameworks.
• Assemble and format proposal documents using ERM templates.
• Coordinate inputs from technical experts and stakeholders.
• Track deadlines and maintain document quality and version control.
• Support opportunity tracking and CRM updates.
• Identify process improvements and maintain bid libraries.
