Job summary

Brackenberry in Rugby, United Kingdom, seeks a Business Intelligence and Performance Officer on a 3-month contract to deliver BI, performance management, data analysis and reporting for Communities & Homes.

You will develop dashboards and reports with Power BI and Excel, analyse data to identify trends and risks, and present insights to support evidence-based decision-making for managers and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance monitoring, business intelligence, reporting or data analytics.
• Experience interpreting and analysing complex datasets to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Experience developing business intelligence reports, dashboards and management information.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, modelling and reporting.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and data visualisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, scorecards and management information using Power BI, Excel and other reporting tools.
• Produce regular and ad hoc performance reports for managers, senior leadership teams, elected members and external regulators.
• Analyse operational, performance and financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Present complex data and insights in an accessible format to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Coordinate and produce statutory and regulatory performance returns, including Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), housing compliance reporting and other sector performance requirements.
