Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager in Milton Keynes to translate complex data into actionable insights for the Waitrose account.

You will lead requirements gathering, build automated data processes and develop scalable dashboards to improve operational performance and customer outcomes. As the BI lead, you will partner with stakeholders, refine business needs and drive automation and AI-driven analytics across multiple data sources.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes, supporting our customer Waitrose. As a BI Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business requirements, transforming complex data into actionable insights and developing scalable reporting and automation solutions that improve operational performance, efficiency and customer outcomes.

• Partner with operational and functional stakeholders to gather, challenge and refine business requirements
• Create and maintain automated data processes and decision-support tools
• Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives
• Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to ensure solutions remain relevant, user-friendly and aligned to business requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Experience translating business requirements into actionable analytics, dashboards and reporting solutions
• Strong data engineering, preparation and modelling skills across multiple data sources
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvement, automation and AI-driven solutions

This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. We're looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
