Job summary

GXO, Hinckley Point C site, is seeking a Data Management Coordinator to join our team. You will analyse operational data, develop enhanced reporting solutions and support data-led decisions across the site, collaborating with operational leaders and customers.

The role focuses on delivering accurate reporting and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, permanent position offers a Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 schedule, a salary up to £37,000 per annum, 25 days’

Qualifications

• Experience with data, reporting and BI tools.
• Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience with Data Warehouse and ETL processes.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and reliable UK work history.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage operational KPI reporting.
• Analyse performance trends and root causes.
• Develop and enhance management reporting and dashboards.
• Support continuous improvement with data-driven insights.
