UK Health Security Agency is seeking a Benefits Manager to join the UKHSC Programme and Business Case team. You will lead benefits management across moderate complexity projects to drive strategic outcomes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to embed a benefits-led culture, ensuring measurable benefits are defined, tracked and realised to inform investment decisions and sustain value beyond delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering transformational government projects.
• Experience in operations reform or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to apply benefits management across programmes.

Responsabilités

• Lead the application of structured benefits management approaches across projects and programmes of moderate complexity.
• Ensure measurable, evidence-based benefits are defined, governed, tracked and realised, supporting effective investment decisions and the delivery of strategic outcomes aligned to UKHSA priorities.
• Work collaboratively with project/programme stakeholders to embed a benefits-led culture, ensuring that benefits are owned, achievable, and sustained beyond delivery into business operations.
