Kingscroft Professional Resources is recruiting a Business Development Manager for a specialist manufacturing business serving the automotive, off-highway and rail sectors. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving commercial success from enquiry to order.

You will develop account plans, lead quotations and contracts, and collaborate with engineering teams to align market needs with product development.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling to automotive suppliers and OEMs.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate enquiries into opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering and procurement.

Aufgaben

• Identify UK/European automotive, off-highway, rail opportunities.
• Act as primary commercial contact for OEMs and Tier 1 customers.
• Develop account plans to grow strategic customers and market share.
• Lead RFQ processes, quotations, contracts, and commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with RD/engineering to feed market insights and support product development.
