Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Associate (Grade A) to join its Serious Injury team in Wakefield, with the option for remote working up to 100 miles. The role focuses on high-value RTA claims, offering autonomy and support to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

You will manage a specialist caseload, supervise junior colleagues, and contribute to team development in a flexible 35-hour week with a competitive bonus structure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE, or equivalent senior level experience, with a strong background in serious injury work.
• Experience handling complex claims involving liability and quantum, alongside knowledge of litigation and court procedure.
• Excellent client care and the ability to mentor junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex serious injury claims from initial instruction through to resolution
• Lead on liability, quantum, rehabilitation and settlement strategy

An established claimant personal injury firm is looking to appoint an experiencedAssociate (Grade A)to join its Serious Injury team.

This is a senior opportunity for a serious injury specialist who wants to handle complex, high value RTA claims while having the support and autonomy to focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.

You'll manage a specialist caseload covering complex liability, quantum, rehabilitation, interim payments and settlement strategy. You'll also work closely with clients, families, counsel and medical experts, while providing guidance and support to more junior members of the team.

The role

About you
