Job summary

Hydrasun is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop and secure profitable opportunities across the South East of England, with a remote working arrangement.

You will drive growth by expanding existing accounts and winning new customers, promoting Hydrasun's instrumentation, measurement and analytical solutions, and building lasting partnerships across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, sales or key account management.
• Experience selling instrumentation, measurement and analytical products.
• Background selling technical products, services or engineered solutions.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to engage customers at both technical and commercial levels.
• Track record of delivering sales growth and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across existing and prospective customers.
• Growing and developing strategic key accounts.
• Promoting Hydrasun's instrumentation, measurement and analytical solutions.
• Building strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Managing opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM data.
