Original BTC in London seeks a driven Business Development Manager to grow our UK and international sales in the high-end lighting sector. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with interior designers and architects, and shape strategic plans to expand our market presence.

You'll collaborate with marketing to deliver region-specific campaigns, manage pipelines, and ensure customer satisfaction while traveling as needed to meet partners and projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the design or lighting industries.
• Strong knowledge of the design and retail landscape.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in UK and abroad.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets through proactive client engagement and development of new business relationships.
• Brand Positioning: Communicate Original BTC’s brand values across target markets and collaborate on region-specific campaigns.
• Client Management: Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with key partners, interior designers, and architects.
