Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in business development or other business-focused role
• Proven analytical, research, and presentation skills
• Highly proficient in creating compelling reports, bid submissions, presentations, and other strategic documentation
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Advanced proficiency with analytical and presentation tools, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant CRM platforms

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analyses, benchmarking, and opportunity assessments for strategy
• Prepare detailed proposals, bids, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate BD activities: pipeline tracking and performance reporting
• Support senior leadership with data-driven strategic insights
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and legal for competitive submissions
• Refine BD processes using best practices and relevant tools
