Job summary

Alpine Eagle seeks a meticulous Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across markets. You will focus on core BD operations, in-depth analyses, bids and proposals, and operational improvement in partnership with senior leadership.

You will coordinate with engineering, product, and legal teams, manage pipelines, and continually refine processes to keep submissions competitive and accurate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in business development or related role.
• Strong analytical, research and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to create Reports, bids, and strategic documents.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform market analyses, benchmark competitors and assess opportunities.
• Prepare detailed proposals, bids, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate BD activities, track leads, manage pipeline and reporting.
• Support senior leadership with data-driven strategic insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and legal for competitive submissions.
• Refine BD processes using best practices and suitable tools.
