Job summary

Nationwide Platforms is seeking a Business Development Manager for Construction & Infrastructure Projects across East London, Kent and East Anglia. You will manage major projects, grow revenue, and build long-term client partnerships with a strategic, commercial approach.

Qualifications

• Experience at strategic account level with growth and retention success.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of major construction projects.
• Deliver revenue and market share targets per project.
• Develop project mobilisation plans with client teams.
• Maintain Salesforce updates and forecast revenue streams.
• Identify opportunities and build a robust pipeline of hires and training.
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement measurable sales approaches.
• Monitor payments and build long-term strategic partnerships.
