Elite US Law Firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive litigation growth. You will work directly with Partners to shape strategic plans, challenge ideas and deliver commercial insight that guides the practice forward.

You will be supported by specialist teams across pitches, events, CRM, communications and marketing, plus junior resources, enabling you to focus on high‑value advisory work and long‑term business planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within professional services (ideally law).
• Ability to challenge ideas and provide commercial insight.

Responsibilities

• Advise Partners on market trends and client development initiatives.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and long-term growth plans.
• Collaborate with Partners to shape and deliver strategic growth for the group.
