Responsibilities

• Engage with a mix of new leads and inactive clients (50/50 split).
• Deliver a structured sales pitch to close deals and drive revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including the BDM and estimating team.
