Job summary

Parallel Office and Document Solutions Ltd in Slough is seeking a Sales Consultant to sit meetings booked by Telesales and to self-generate meetings to keep a full diary. You will also manage existing accounts and build strong, long-lasting relationships.

You will maintain Pipedrive CRM, update notes, track opportunities, and prepare proposals with senior input. A strong consultative selling approach and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in managed print services or related tech.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to explain technical/service solutions clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Sit in meetings booked by Telesales and self-generate meetings to fill the diary.
• Manage existing allocated accounts and develop long-term relationships.
• Populate and maintain Pipedrive with companies, contacts and contracts.
• Update meeting notes, document follow-ups, and track opportunities in the pipeline.
• Write and present proposals, review with senior management before sending.
• Complete relevant contracts and Sales Order Processing documents.
