Central Employment is seeking a skilled B2B Marketing Account Manager to join our client services team. You will oversee a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.

You’ll bring 3+ years in account management within a marketing or PR setting, with a strong ability to manage multiple accounts, develop strategic plans, and advise clients on integrated campaigns across channels. A commercial and consultative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Manager, Client Services Manager, PR/Marketing Account Manager roles in a B2B setting.
• Experience in a full-service agency or similar environment.
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns across PR, content, digital, and social channels.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.
• Act as the main day-to-day client contact and provide exceptional service.
• Lead planning, implementation, and delivery across PR, content, and digital marketing channels.
• Develop strategic marketing plans aligned to client objectives.
• Coordinate internal teams to meet budgets and KPIs.
• Produce briefs, timelines, reports, and client presentations.
• Monitor performance and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities and support new business proposals.
• Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices.
