British Transport Police is seeking an Awards and Recognition Events Manager to provide strategic leadership for Force-wide awards, honours and recognition initiatives. You will shape culture, governance and the integrity of recognition schemes while delivering high-profile ceremonies for the Chief Constable.

You will lead the planning, governance and delivery of awards events across the Force, working with senior stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent, fair recognition

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification (or equivalent professional qualification) with substantial executive administration experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape outcomes.
• Experience managing complex, sensitive, high-profile activities with strong judgment.
