Job summary

Red King Resourcing is seeking an ambitious AV Account Manager to own and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts, while actively identifying new business opportunities. This relationship-led role focuses on retaining, growing, and expanding AV services for clients.

You will become a trusted advisor, understanding client businesses, objectives and future AV needs, while leading account reviews and commercial conversations with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing key client accounts in AV/events/tech sectors.
• Strong pipeline management and ability to identify upsell opportunities.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and client business understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of AV client accounts and drive long-term relationships.
• Understand client objectives, challenges and AV requirements to grow revenue.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and recurring revenue.
• Lead commercial conversations and contract negotiations with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
