Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Associate Director for our Real Estate Cost Management team. You will lead delivery across developer, occupier, government, health, education and tech clients, guiding the team to deliver cost certainty and value.

You will mentor talent, set strategy, and act as a brand ambassador, embedding our One Business culture and driving opportunities while upholding the highest integrity and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering cost management/quantity surveying across full lifecycle.
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects.

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director for our Real Estate Cost Management team in Edinburgh, working across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients. You will beself-motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend as the number-one cost consultancy. In this key position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend.
