AtkinsRéalis seeks a strategic leader in transportation asset management to help infrastructure owners make better long-term decisions about assets, investment priorities and organisational performance. You will lead advisory commissions, develop trusted client relationships and provide technical leadership across our asset management practice.

You will work with national highway authorities, local authorities and major infrastructure owners to drive asset management maturity, long-term planning

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategic asset management and consultancy or advisory work.
• Strong knowledge of the ISO 55000 family of asset management standards and their practical application.
• Background in developing asset management strategies, policies and improvement programmes.
• Expertise in investment planning and asset lifecycle decision-making.
• Experience leading organisational transformation and change.
• Strong client advisory, communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders.
• Experience of privately financed or design-build-finance-operate infrastructure contracts would be an advantage.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor colleagues.
• Track record in business development and growing trusted client relationships.
• Willingness to travel across the UK to support clients and business development.

• Support the development of national guidance, standards and industry best practice.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering consultancy and advisory services.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.
• Support business development, framework growth and work winning.
