Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Asset Management practitioner to shape infrastructure asset strategies and develop plans for improved performance. You will work with clients to address day-to-day challenges while delivering continuous improvements across the asset lifecycle.

With experience in asset management, operations, or advisory roles, you will travel to client sites in the UK for 2–3 days per week and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. IAM qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure asset management, with water or aviation sectors desirable.
• Ability to travel and be seconded to a client within the UK, typically 2–3 days a week.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• IAM qualifications are preferable.
• Full clean driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic documents to drive an organisation's Asset Management approach forward.
• Build asset management plans that manage risk and cost across asset lifecycles.
• Drive asset performance by blending operational activity with data collection and use.
• Create narratives or business cases for investment in assets or Asset Management Systems.
• Help clients see how maintenance and operations affect efficiency, cost and performance.
