You will manage agreements, campaigns, and data-driven insights to grow annuity market share and ensure accurate CRM hygiene.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and travel up to 20% to client and internal events, with a base salary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in annuity, insurance, or investment product distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office; data-to-insight skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day relationship owner for assigned strategic annuity partners.
• Collaborate to execute partnership plans and drive sales across product lines.
• Maintain agreements, approvals, and comp plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead campaigns, measure results, and translate insights for leadership.
• Track market share, production trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data for partner visibility.
• Coordinate partner events and executive touchpoints; support adoption.
• Develop firm-approved materials with Marketing to support engagement.
