Job summary

Genpact, a leading AI-powered digital transformation company, seeks a Business Development Executive in the United Kingdom. You will generate $10M in annual contract value by positioning Genpact’s BPO, ITO, and consulting offerings, while closing engagements from $25M to $100M+ with EVP and C-level buyers.

You will maintain a robust pipeline, collaborate with account management and delivery teams, and represent Genpact at industry events to expand networks and strengthen market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees or higher in business/economics/finance.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and close large outsourcing deals.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Generate $10M in annual contract value by positioning Genpact’s BPO, ITO, and consulting offerings.
