Job summary

Mistral.ai is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive adoption and deployment of our AI solutions, partnering with customers from strategic vision to production delivery. You’ll work with senior executives to design roadmaps, collaborate with the Applied AI team to deliver secure solutions, and ensure smooth transitions from pre‑sales to post‑sales in a regulated setting.

The role focuses on strategic discovery, end‑to‑end deployment, and value realization inside sovereign institutions

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role.
• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/DS/Engineering or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML and data science concepts.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI applications using Python or JavaScript.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with executives.
• Ability to operate under security, compliance and confidentiality constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive‑level workshops to identify challenges and opportunities where AI can drive value.
• Co‑create AI adoption roadmaps aligned with regulatory and security requirements.
• Design end‑to‑end AI solutions and deploy them across customer environments (cloud, on‑prem, air‑gapped).
• Realize value by guiding pilots, ensuring scalable, secure production deployments.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and develop reusable assets to scale deployments.
