Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Project Manager within the Power team to lead complex development or production projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet milestones and deliverables.

You will engage with customers and suppliers nationally and internationally, manage scope and budget, and drive risks to minimize impact while fostering a high-performance culture across Glenrothes and Livingston sites.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a technical, manufacturing or project management discipline.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams with good stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to interpret project data and drive corrective actions.
• Experience in project financial management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Integrated Project Teams to monitor delivery milestones.
• Manage scope, budget and schedule to meet customer requirements.
