Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Sr Manager Strategic Advisory to bridge execution-focused Strategy Consultants with Strategy Analysts. The role owns defined strategy workstreams, influences engagement direction, problem framing and solution design with a high degree of autonomy and strategic judgment.

You will engage with senior client stakeholders, shape supply chain transformation strategies, and contribute to proposals and capability building across the engagement team.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in supply chain strategy, consulting or transformation.
• Proven delivery of warehouse execution solutions to customers.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders.
• Track record of executive-ready strategy deliverables.
• Experience coaching and reviewing junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead major workstreams of supply chain strategy and advisory engagements.
• Translate high-level objectives into structured analyses, hypotheses and deliverables.
• Co-develop client strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps with Strategy Advisors.
• Drive problem-solving sessions and align on key design decisions.
• Act as primary day-to-day client contact for defined engagement areas.
• Support executive-level storytelling, synthesis of insights and implications.
• Contribute to proposal development, scoping and estimation activities.
• Lead internal capability building and mentoring efforts.
