Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Sr Manager Strategic Advisory to bridge execution-focused Strategy Consultants and Analysts, owning defined strategy workstreams and shaping overall engagement direction. The role requires strong strategic judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and confidence engaging with senior client stakeholders to shape high-impact supply chain transformation strategies.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in supply chain strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Proven experience delivering warehouse execution solutions to our customers.
• Demonstrated success working directly with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong track record of producing executive-ready strategy deliverables.
• Experience coaching and reviewing the work of junior consultants.
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead major workstreams of supply chain strategy and advisory engagement on Execution accounts.
• Translate high-level strategic objectives into structured analyses, hypotheses, and deliverables.
• Co-develop client strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps alongside Strategy Advisors.
• Drive problem-solving sessions and internal alignment on key design decisions.
• Act as a primary day-to-day client contact for defined areas of the engagement.
• Support executive-level storytelling, including synthesis of insights and implications.
• Contribute to proposal development, scoping, and estimation activities.
• Lead internal capability building, asset development, and mentoring efforts.
